I didn't know James mentionned this...
The memory-leaked mentioned is probably the one talked about in 
JELLY-100. There has been a partial fix to this and its already 
committed:
      http://nagoya.apache.org/jira/browse/JELLY-100

Anything more of these dark comments ?
