OS400 also do have the abillity to change the dirstyle to unix

Summary: OS400 also do have the abillity to change the dirstyle
                    to unix
           Product: Commons
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Net
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mario@ops.co.at

So i have done the same as with the ntftpentryparser - use the new composite
parser for os400.

The os400 dirstyle can be changed global or by issuing the
site listfmt 0 (for OS/400)
site listfmt 1 (for UNIX)
command.

By the way i refactored the ntftpparser test to be derived from the new
CompositeFTPParseTestFramework to not have to copy code from
NTFTPEntryParserTest to OS400EntryParserTest.
