useless deleteOnExit make shutdown endless

Summary: useless deleteOnExit make shutdown endless
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.0 Final
          Platform: Sun
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: File Upload
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: f_tringali@yahoo.it

using DefaultFileItem, the method getTempFile() called from getOutputStream()
schedules a deleteOnExit for a temp file created (if needed)

But the file is already deleted (somewhere, maybe from gc that invokes finalize
on the object) at the end of "upload" so:
1. this scheduling is useless
2. shutting down "long running hard working" VMs appears endless cause
searching of temp files to delete (unsuccessfully)
