[lang] [patch] ArrayUtils.addAll doesn't always return new array

Summary: [lang] [patch] ArrayUtils.addAll doesn't always return
                    new array
           Product: Commons
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Lang
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: Maarten.Coene@qmedit.com

Hi,

according to the javadoc of the ArrayUtils.addAll() method, a new array is
returned. However, if 1 of the 2 given arrays is null, the not-null array is
returned (and not a new array).

attached are a fix and a junit test

Maarten
