[IO] FilenameUtils.catPath cannot handle "\"

Summary: [IO] FilenameUtils.catPath cannot handle "\"
           Product: Commons
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Sandbox
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: Maarten.Coene@qmedit.com

Hi,

(sorry to assign it to the wrong component, but I cannot choose for IO)

when I try to concat 2 paths with "\" as path separator instead of "/", an
exception is thrown. I'll upload a patch for this as well as a junit test.

e.g.: FilenameUtils.catPath("C:\\temp\\", "test") throws an exception ...

Maarten
