(as opposed to just sent.) The list is kept in CVS, accessible by any ASF Member of which Jakarta has more than a few. That will be as up-to-date as possible. Others can check http://www.apache.org/~jim/committers.html, although it appears to be updated somewhat less frequently. None of this is ideal, and the infrastructure team probably knows that better than anyone.
