Around line 261 in PooledConnectionImpl, the method preparedStatement fowrards
the request to to the real connection.  However the resultSetType and
Resultsetconcurrency are NOT passed down.

     * @return a {*link PoolablePreparedStatement}
     */
    PreparedStatement prepareStatement(String sql, int resultSetType, 
                                       int resultSetConcurrency) 
            throws SQLException {
