[patch] Rethrow exceptions in method execution

Summary: [patch] Rethrow exceptions in method execution
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.0 Beta 2
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: JEXL
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: proyal@apache.org

Current ASTMethod just prints any methods during method execution to the console. This is

undesirable in unattended server processes unless someone is always monitoring STDERR.

The attached patch causes the thrown exception to flow out of jexl, and the calling program
can
deal with it accordingly.

The patch also modifies UberspectImpl to remove a containing InvocationTargetException.
