Ack. Ignore this.

Ken's propercase can be implemented easily as:

    StringUtils.capitaliseAllWords( str.toLowerCase() )

  or

    StringUtils.capitaliseAllWords( StringUtils.lowerCase(str) )

unless I'm misunderstanding it somehow.
