I'm confronted with the same issue and comply 100% procent with the solution 
proposed by Caroline. I to do think a bundle on arg level is preferable but 
maybe a default value on form level will make live easier 98% of the time. It 
should be possible to refference a module specific bundle using the standard 
[bundle-name]/[module-name] declaration in the bundle attribute.
