Also, I understand your point about a BQ is a Q but I don't believe client apps 
would use BQ in that way.  An app. that's using a BlockingQueue is also using 
threading so it needs to handle the InterruptedExceptions.  I viewed it as an 
acceptable trade off because of the threading use case I designed the class for.
