May be not. That was just a thought. Do you have any idea why the second 
request with the correct password is failing. May be the first request's 
password is cached and that is used ? 
Here is some more information, if it would help, if the first request is 
correct, the second one is wrong password it fails, but the third one with the 
right password succeeds.
