lazymap Factory.create should take key as argument

Summary: lazymap Factory.create should take key as argument
           Product: Commons
           Version: 2.1 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Collections
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: pasdemoi@hotmail.com

MapUtils.lazyMap is limited in its usefulness because the Factory interface
(create method) takes no arguments. It would be far more useful if the create
method took the key object as an argument. This lets you use the lazyMap for
caching objects that can be generated with a key (such as reading the object
from a file or database).

This is a trivial change, but greatly enhances the lazyMap's usefulness. It is
minor to workaround, because it's simple to just re-implement lazyMap in client
code, but it would be nice to be able to use the Commons implementation.
