Inproper use of Exception

           Summary: Inproper use of Exception
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.4 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Dbcp
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: treaves@silverfields.com

pool, KeyedObjectPoolFactory stmtPoolFactory, String validationQuery, boolean
defaultReadOnly, boolean defaultAutoCommit) throws Exception {
