I did see some of the online info on this. I wanted to add something to the sandbox (a class and test case) for a proposed new class for the commons-lang. Do I just send a [patch] email for the new files to this list? If so, then I will send one later today. I will try my best to generate the patch using the documentation on the jakarta site.
