HttpMethodBase does not handle response headers with missing ':'

Summary: HttpMethodBase does not handle response headers with
                    missing ':'
           Product: Commons
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
               URL: http://www.porsche.com
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: HttpClient
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: steve@alignmentsoftware.com

Some URLs return headers with no colon separator. For example, then
URL 'http://www.porsche.com' returns a response header line of 'Content-Type
text/html'. The current version of HttpMethodBase expects a colon separator and
throws an exception when this line is read. This makes the HttpClient library
unusable for URLs with this problem.
