ResultSetDynaClass.createDynaProperty uses getColumnName(i).toLowerCase()

Your use case seems reasonable.  Therefore, I'm adding a second constructor that
lets you specify whether or not the toLowerCase() conversion will be performed,
along with a warning that using this feature makes your application dependent on
the behavior of the JDBC driver you are using.  For backwards compatibility, the
default behavior is still to lower case these names.

Fixed in nightly build 20021216.
