Based on the prior discussion, I'm going to mark this WONTFIX with respect to
adding a getLogger() method to the o.a.c.l.Log interface.  However, I did add a
getCategory() method to Log4JCategoryLog, to be consistent with
JDK14Logger.getLogger().  This should make it possible to dynamically manipulate
the underlying logging configuration if you know that you're using Log4J.
