Fixed this to use "sleeptime" in the sleep() call. (Revision 1.8 of 
GenericObjectPool.java, see http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs/jakarta-
commons/pool/src/java/org/apache/commons/pool/impl/GenericObjectPool.java.diff?
r1=1.7&r2=1.8&diff_format=h)

I'll note that GenericKeyedObjectPool was already using sleeptime here, 
probably a bug that crept in at some point.
