second call to hasNext() on DOM Iterator causes NPE

Summary: second call to hasNext() on DOM Iterator causes NPE
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.0 Beta 1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: JXPath
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ross@saafe.org

A second call to an empty DOM Iterator causes a NullPointerException in
DOMNodeIterator. The attached patch to DOMModelTest tests for and illustrates
the problem.
