[jelly] MORE -JDBC sql result set leak.

Summary: [jelly] MORE -JDBC sql result set leak.
           Product: Commons
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: Sandbox
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: hr_stoyanov@yahoo.com

... Similar to bug Bug #12888,
The <sql:update ...> (UpdateTag.java) uses two java.sql.Statement objects
in its doTag() method - "ps" and "statement", none of which is closed. See also
the proposed fix in bug #12888 and close all statements there too!

This bug causes "ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded" in Oracle.

Thanks,
Hristo
