I believe that would be JSR 45, Debugging Support for Other Languages. The
Proposed Final Draft came out a couple of weeks ago. The one-sentence
description is:

"This specification establishes standardized tools for correlating Java
virtual machine byte code to source code of languages other than the Java
programming language."
