I'll be honest, I could quite happily accept [lang] losing CharSetUtils. If
I wanted that kindof functionality I would use a full RE system.

In that case however, I would be arguing for containsOnly(String, String) to
be on StringUtils. Its very common in validation code, especially for old
mainframe systems that reject certain characters.

Removing CharSetUtils wouldn't be easy though as it is in the public beta
API. Thus I guess it would have to be deprecated with no replacement rather
than deleted ;-(
