temp files not deleted in GetMethod

Summary: temp files not deleted in GetMethod
           Product: Commons
           Version: Nightly Builds
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: HttpClient
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: xiaowei@stratify.com

In GetMethod, if the user specify usedisk, it will create a temp file. That
temp file will be marked as deleteOnExit. However, GetMethod should still
provide a way for the user to delete it immediately, rather than waiting for
the VM to shutdown before delete any temp file. This is extremely important if
user are sending thousands of request in a single run. One possible way is to
delete this file in the recycle method. Or we can add a dispose method. I
propose that this bug should be fixed by 2.0 milestone 1, because it's really
annoying.
