BufferedInputStream to read HttpMethod response body

HttpMethodBase.getResponseBodyAsStream returns a InputStream. If you want a
buffered one, you may wrap it inside your application. We should be very
concious about buffering because request / response bodies can get *huge*
(binary file up/download) and the JVM has limited memory!
