Well, not really.  The problem is that the old Bag implementations
will fail many of the new tests in TestCollection, because those
tests now strictly enforce the Collection contract.  To make the
old Bag implementations work with the new test framework, we'd
have to override a lot of TestCollection methods in TestBag.

In the meantime, you can do this:

A.  Apply the patch;
B.  Blow away TestBag.java;
C.  cvs update TestBag.java;
D.  Make TestBag extend TestObject instead of TestCollection.

That way my new tests won't occur on Bag implementations.
