ConvertUtils.convert does not support zero-length arrays

Summary: ConvertUtils.convert does not support zero-length arrays
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.1 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Bean Utilities
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mancarella@opoipi.bancaintesa.it

Passing a zero-length array to ConvertUtils.convert causes an
ArrayIndexOutOfBounds exception.
That's because if the argument is recognized as an Array, the method
simply looks for the first array element, without checking the array size first.
