multiple cookie values should be separated by space

Summary: multiple cookie values should be separated by space
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.0 Beta 1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: HttpClient
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: xiaowei@stratify.com

when multiple cookies apply to a URL, they should be seperated by a space.

Currently, in Cookie.createCookieHeader, they are concatenated without adding a
space, this is causing problem for certain sites, e.g. my.yahoo.com

Adding a space separator fixes this problem and that seems to be the behavior
of a typical browser. Although RFC 2109 doesn't specify this. Again, let's save
us some trouble by adding this.
