It isn't clear to me how 1.5.x, 1.4.x and 1.3.x releases are going to be
handled. I am assuming that the 1.5.x branch is where the work will be
done with that branch copied to the 1.4.x and 1.3.x branches in the same
way the 1.4.x branch was used for the last .3.x release.

Therefore, DBCP fixes that need back-porting to 1.x I intend to fix only
in the 1.5.x branch on the assumption the 1.4.x and 1.3.x brnaches will
be re-generated from the 1.5.x branch.
