In order to offer a solution to this problem for someone browsing old 
archieves, I tell this:
Eventually this problem was solved by going through this site step-by-step:
http://cocoon.apache.org/2.2/1366_1_1.html
The main solution was this:

<script>djConfig = { bindEncoding: "utf-8" };</script>

Form parameters were send wrongly before I added this.
