If the html is not well formed (no valid xml) and you don't need to
transform it, you can also do
<map:match pattern="somepattern"> <!-- e.g. "*.html" -->
  <map:read src="somePath"/> <!-- e.g. 'static/html/{1}.html' -->
</map:match>
