Subject [Cocoon-2.2-RC2 + flowscript-1.0-RC2] weird behaviour (Windows OK / Linux Exception)

Hi Guys,

I have found a workaround :
First i moved all my scripts but admin.js from /COB-INF/flow to 
/META-INF (i think  could have moved them elsewhere)
And also at the end of the admin.js i wrote a reference to each of my 
ecmascript file.
