Roel,

the Digester class is part of commons-digester-* jar.
Which specific release of cocoon are you using? 2.1.4, 2.1.5, etc...

Jeroen Reijn

cocoon version="2.1" but i don't know about digest, where can i see that? and what is digest?

Hi Roel,

it appears that your Digest package is wrong or out of date, since it can't find a certain
method in the Digester class.
What version of Cocoon are you using and what version of digest?

Hi Roel,

yes I think you're missing the apache myfaces jar files.
In the cocoon distribution they can be found in /lib/optional/myfaces*

I hope this helps you out.

and what can I do about it? i just want to use JSF and looking at http://jsn-server5.com/cocoon/samples/blocks/faces/hello
it is possible.
but i think i mis something, a jar file or a config setting?

Cocoon doesn't incorporate other people's stuff into its jars, so
cocoon-faces-block.jar would not include myfaces.
