Well, Cocoon does not come with any entry for log4j there,
and the log4j.xconf DOCTYPE lacks a public identifier.

My project is based on YourCocoonBasedProjectAnt16, and
I can't xpatch a DOCTYPE.

Maybe you are missing the catalog file in your installation. Or if there

does not exists an entry for your log4j, please add it there.
