Hi,

Your description is a bit cryptic to me, but it sounds like could try one of the following:
store 
the states of the checkboxes in session variables or put the states as hidden input fields
on page 2..

2.0.4 is rather old. Don't you want to upgrade and have a look at Flowscript?
