In other words the how would you use Lenya to author/manage content in a Cocoon Portal such as news, events and bulletins. Likewise, what about the other way around? How could you integrate some Cocoon Coplets/Portlets within a Lenya CMS? Obviously the approach of integrating Cocoon Portal into Lenya or Lenya into Cocoon Portal would very much depend on the requirements of the 'product' and the comparative weighting of cms content vs portal content.
