Thanks Carsten,

If nobody is developing them, I'm voluntary to do it... But we have to
decide either we'll use actions or flow... I'm not very familiar with the
last one tough.

Yes, correct - currently the portal has no tools for it :(
But perhaps someone is developing them?

Anyways, you can either use actions, or you can use flow
or you can add the logic to any other sitemap component.
But actions or flow seem more appropriate to me.
