I have already un-jar cocoon-2.1.5.jar and placed the content in the
classes folder. Also I have removed cocoon-2.1.5.jar from WEB-INF/lib

Sorry, if I only suggest the obvious, but when you modify the file in
the src dir you must rebuild your Cocoon. This file ends in a jar,
probably cocoon-2.1.5.jar.
