ok, so i'm following this thread, as it answers a question i asked (and 
got no replies - wtf?) a few days ago.  Now, the part I was missing was 
the <map:for-each> concept.  Is there any kind of documentation on this? 
  I searched and searched on the cocoon site, and I see nothing.  The 
wiki comes up dry.  So, where are the docs?
