Sorry, i meant  "Invalid encoding name ISO-8859-15".

i'm using the latest jdk1.4. Those ISO-8859-15 files are fetched on a 
remote web server, out of my control.
So i won't be able to change the encoding attribute of those documents. 
I have to deal with it...
