"Cocoon: Updated the included Cocoon to version 2.0.3."

The cocoon.xconf has a version="2.1" at its beginning.

And the sitemap.xmap has following CVS timestamp:
"CVS $Id: sitemap.xmap,v 1.18 2003/05/15 14:10:20 vgritsenko Exp $"

This let's me guess that it is Cocoon 2.1.M2.
