No SVG namespace, i.e. this is not a valid SVG at all. Try something
which also works with the command line FOP.
BTW using pixel measurement for width and height when rendering
to PDF is often a cause for disappointments.

Composite is not exactly a standard font. Does it render with the
FOP command line, i.e. is the font porperly installed?
