You probably want to use the command-line interface to Cocoon, see
http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/userdocs/offline/cli.html
You can generate the excel sheet every hour by writing a script that calls Cocoon, and runs
evey hour using 'at', or 'crontab', or something similar.
