Try the following using the xsp:structure and xsp:include elements

<xsp:page ...>
<xsp:structure>
     <xsp:include>full.path.to.package.of.Test</xsp:include>
</xsp:structure>

<document>
     <xsp:logic>
         Test t = new Test();
     </xsp:logic>
	...
</document>
</xsp:page>
