I'm afraid you'll need to do that manually with
java. get-parameter-names returns an enumeration of all parameter
names. Walk over that, retrieve the name, call get-parameter-values on
the name and add it to a map or something.

But -- if you need this, you might be better off reconsidering your
design. Maybe there is too much logic on your XSP.
