	<map:parameter name="use-request-parameters" value="true" />
</map:transform>

now you can use the query-string parameters within xsl, after you
declare the param like:

<xsl:param name="a-request-param">10</xsl:param>

if you have your uri:

uri?a-request-param=20

then $a-request-param will evaluate to 20
