Subject AW: Cocoon as a client
Date Mon, 14 Apr 2003 07:02:44 GMT
Well let me explain it in some more detail. I am using Cocoon for an application, but I need
sometimes for my clients to get Information's from an URL like this(rrtp://www.xyz.de/doc).
So Cocoon has clients, but is itself a client for another server. Now I want to now how I
can do that?? Do you have an Idea?

Either:
-There is already a Generator or Source for your protocol
-or you write one ((see for example
http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/tutorial/tutorial-rmi-generator.html)
-or you write some XSP code to implement your specific protocol.
-or you write an HTTP/XML frond-end to your protocol
