Don't know if i got the point but I've to possible answers :-)

Do you want to show all the xml files in the folder at the same time ?
If yes, you can use the Directory Generator
and the cinclude Transformer to do this.

Or do you want that you just can point to one xml file in the folder like
this: ?

Then you can use a pipeline:

<map:match pattern="myfolder/*">
     <map:generate src="{1}"/>
     <map:transform src="mystyle.xsl"/>
