copy the jars: Xalan-???.jar, Xerces-???.jar and xml-apis.jar
from $CVS/lib/core
to $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/endorsed.
copy the same to $TOMCAT_HOME/common/endorsed.

Note: if the directories endorsed are not found, create it.
