Hello Mauro,

you need two matches:

<map:match pattern="prueba.xsp">
   <map:generate type="file" src="content/prueba.xml"/>
   <map:transform src="logic/prueba.xsl" />
   <map:serialize type="xml"/>

<map:match pattern="prueba.xml">
   <map:generate type="xsp" src="cocoon://prueba.xsp"/>
   <map:transform src="style/prueba_to_html.xsl"/>
   <map:serialize type="html"/>

Hope that's what you you want. At least it's that what I understand from 
your two mails ;-)
